Matt Owen

Matt joins IBC Recruitment as our Head of Delivery after successful tenures working across both the NSW and Victorian markets. He is a hardworking, determined, and honest professional who always has the best interests of both clients and candidates at heart. He is experienced in working across the SME market and has also delivered major programs of work to large multinationals (across both the IT and Telco sectors). More recently Matt has been focussed on delivering work into both the Financial Services and Insurance Sectors nationally.

Matts hard work, network and ‘speed to market’ makes him the perfect person to mentor IBC’s next generation of Technology Consultants – as a result Matt acts as the Head of Delivery across all General and Solution requirements.

Sophie comes with 4 years agency recruitment experience in the Technology space across APAC.

Her main area of securing talent lies in Project Services which incl. Business Analysts, Project Managers, Process Analysts, and everything development related. Sophie has successfully placed candidates across these areas.

    Julia joined IBC Recruitment as a Candidate Manager and IT Recruitment Consultant.
